Dialogue 1 includes Riso and Grano, two variations on the theme of street food, told from two different perspectives.

In the Asian perspective, Riso takes us through the streets of Shanghai, amidst the steam of rice in its sweet and savory versions, in a soft play of contrasts. In the European perspective, we find Grano, which brings us to Paris on a rainy morning, among the scents of bread and croissants from French boulangeries.
