The head note of Imitation Woman opens with bright, colorful floral notes of roses, ylang ylang, orange blossom and jasmine. Their glowing energy is inspired by the many ethnic neighborhoods of New York City. The heart note celebrates the vibrant colorful disco subculture with buds of black currant, licorice and aldehydes. With a sensual base of incense, sandalwood and patchouli, Imitation Woman fades away like a never-ending party in the original “Studio 54”.

THE FLACON AND THE PACKAGING

With its neon colors, the iconic perfume bottle evokes the unique vibrancy and energy of the “city that never sleeps” – New York. The night blue packaging is a tribute to Andy Warhol’s art movement. The colorful, abstract expressionist design symbolically reflects the cultural melting pot of New York City, while the Topas Aurore Swarovski crystal adds a touch of mysterious extravagance to the flacon.
